Speech Language Pathologist in North Judson, IN

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- School-based or pediatric experience highly valued
- Strong ability to adapt approaches to diverse student needs
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative services in a supportive, inclusive environment
- Support students with varying abilities throughout preschool to high school
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers for optimal outcomes
- Document progress and maintain detailed records per state and district guidelines
- Promote a positive, growth-oriented mindset among students
