Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech Language Pathologist License or California Clear Teaching Credential (CTC)
  • Experience with school-based speech pathology duties, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, evaluations, and both direct and indirect speech therapy interventions
  • Background in pediatrics, healthcare, or clinical fellowship year (CFY) experience beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct speech-language services and collaborate with educational staff for indirect support
  • Participate in progress monitoring and documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Engage with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote communication development

Location & Schedule: The position is based in Canyon Country, CA, within the Santa Clarita area, working approximately 37.5 hours per week, focused on supporting children from kindergarten through sixth grade.
