Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive team in North Highlands, California for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. These are school-based, onsite-only positions with multiple openings available. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school-based setting

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations

  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers

  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions


Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Valid California SLP License or CCCs

  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Must be able to work onsite (remote or virtual is not available)


Additional Information:

  • Caseloads and school site locations are still being determined

  • Candidates are encouraged to share their preferences (grade level, type of caseload, etc.) during the interview process

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
