Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring speech and language interventions
  • Deliver effective therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills in young learners
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and inclusion
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Qualifications:

  • Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working with children in early elementary school settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain thorough records
