Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring speech and language interventions
- Deliver effective therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills in young learners
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and inclusion
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
- Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with children in early elementary school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain thorough records
