State Requirements (IL):

Active Illinois SLP license

CCC-SLP preferred

Experience delivering therapy across multiple school sites
Duties:

Conduct assessments and implement individualized therapy plans

Collaborate with teachers, families, and therapists to meet IEP goals

Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
-
Provide services in multiple school locations as scheduled

Participate in IEP meetings and team planning
