What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
- Background in teletherapy a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Dedication to fostering student growth in a high school environment
What you’ll do:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a small caseload of high school students, 1-2 days per week
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and document student progress
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, solution-driven environment
- Use a combination of on-site and virtual therapy strategies to meet student needs
