Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Levittown, PA
A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in an elementary school setting serving students from Kindergarten through 4th grade. This full-time contract role, starting August 27, 2025, and ending June 5, 2026, will take place in Levittown, PA, within an innovative educational environment focused on academic excellence and bilingual learning.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to a caseload of 35-45 students with diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Utilize teletherapy and in-person strategies to enhance student engagement and progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed.
- Provide services in accordance with professional and state licensure requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current PA SLP License required.
- Experience in pediatric SLP, preferably within school settings (K-4).
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion preferred.
- Skilled in teletherapy as well as traditional therapy methods.
- Ability to work effectively with students with varied disabilities.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
