Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative special education team
- Availability for part-time assignments or flexible scheduling
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support
