Overview:
ProCare Therapy is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP or SLPA with supervision) for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year. This is a school-based, in-person opportunity working with elementary students (grades K–5). Ideal for professionals seeking a collaborative environment and a consistent full-time schedule.
Position Highlights:

Caseload: Kindergarten–5th Grade

Hours: 38–40 hours per week

Contract Duration: Full 2025–2026 school year

Remote Work (VOCO): Not permitted – on-site only

Compensation Range: BR-90s (commensurate with experience)
Candidate Requirements:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Virginia

OR certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with supervision in place

School-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
