Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time – Nobleton, FL
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role in a supportive school district in Nobleton, Florida. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact by helping K–12 students build essential communication skills for academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide direct treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and planning
-
Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all district and state requirements

Promote inclusive practices and help create a positive, supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Current Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure through the Florida Department of Health

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply

School-based experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
