School Speech Language Pathologist - Carmel, Indiana

A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized speech-language services for K-12 students within multiple school sites located in Carmel, IN. This contract position runs through the current school year (CSY) with an immediate start date and concludes on May 29, 2026. This onsite role focuses primarily on evaluations and collaborative work, supporting a caseload of approximately 50–70 students.
Two openings are available:
- High School caseload
- Split caseload working with students in K-3rd and 4th-6th grades
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify student needs
- Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to individual student goals
- Partner closely with another SLP to support nonverbal life skills students
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to optimize student outcomes
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Licensed SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience supporting school-aged children in educational settings
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50–70 students effectively
- Strong collaboration skills working with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to providing onsite services (virtual or telepractice not permitted)
