Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite- Contract
About the Role
We’re seeking a collaborative and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team in Niceville, FL. This full-time, onsite position supports elementary and middle school students, providing direct therapy and consultative services to improve communication, language, and social skills for academic success.
Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for elementary and middle school students.

Provide direct therapy and consultative services in classroom or small-group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student progress.

Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district regulations.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences/Disorders.

Active Florida SLP license; CCC-SLP preferred.

School-based experience with elementary and middle school students a plus.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
