Location: Niceville, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Compensation: $43-$49 an Hour

Position Overview:
As an SLP in the school setting, you will conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote students’ communication skills and help them achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments

Design and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions

Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
-
Communicate regularly with families and educators regarding student progress
-
Support students across various grade levels in individual and group settings
Minimum Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Florida SLP license (Department of Health)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under supervision
-
Experience with school-based documentation and IEP processes
-
Ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting
