Blazer Jobs is currently partnering with a supportive and student-focused school district in Niceville, Florida to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time contract role is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative school environment and make a measurable impact on student communication and academic development.
Position Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy services in accordance with IEPs
-
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement strategies
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed progress documentation
-
Provide both direct and consultative speech services to students
-
Follow all state, district, and federal compliance guidelines
Minimum Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Florida SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required
