About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive and student-centered school district. As a member of the special education team, you’ll play a vital role in helping students with communication challenges reach their full potential.
This full-time, onsite role involves direct therapy, evaluations, documentation, and collaboration with educators, families, and IEP teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students (K–12)

Conduct speech, language, fluency, and voice assessments
-
Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings

Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports

Support general education staff with strategies to promote communication in the classroom
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Massachusetts SLP License
-
ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcome to apply

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and documentation skills

Passion for working with school-aged children
