Remote Speech Language Pathologist Short-Term Contract Opportunities (Virginia)
Looking for short-term remote assignments? We offer 1099 contracts for SLPs to cover Virginia school districts during staff absences or special projects. These opportunities provide flexibility and variety, allowing you to gain experience across different settings. You’ll receive support from a dedicated liaison to ensure smooth onboarding and assignment completion.
Responsibilities:

Provide temporary speech-language therapy services remotely

Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring as needed

Attend virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Document all therapy activities and student progress

Ensure continuity of care during staff transitions

Adapt quickly to new caseloads and environments
Benefits:

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
