A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in New Oxford, PA, serving York and Adams Counties within a dynamic educational setting. This role involves travel to various preschool and early intervention locations, including special education classrooms, Head Start programs, pre-K counts classes, daycares, and community preschools, providing valuable speech-language therapy services to children ages 3 to 5 with special needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to preschool-aged children across multiple educational sites.
- Serve ‘walk-in’ students who access therapy by parental request.
- Manage a caseload reaching 55 students by the end of the school year.
- Participate in paperwork and IEP meetings, dedicating approximately half a day per week.
- Work 35 hours per week following a preschool stretch calendar (188 days/year).
- Travel to various locations including York Learning Center and sites throughout Adams and York Counties.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP Certification (SLP - CCC or School SLP).
- Early intervention preschool experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide services independently; Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcomed with agency-provided supervision.
- Experience with preschool special education settings.
- SLP Assistants (SLPAs) are not supported in this position.
- VOCO services are not applicable in this role.

- Home base options include facilities in York County and Adams County, with travel required between multiple educational venues in the area.
