Expand your impact supporting students across a dynamic K-12 educational setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving multiple sites within a district-based role near New Oxford, PA. In this full-time, onsite contract assignment, you’ll provide essential speech and language services district-wide, collaborating closely with educators and families. This opportunity spans the entire 2026-2027 school year, with coverage needed from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027, across sites including Lincoln IU 12 and locations in York and Manchester, PA.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology Certification (required to submit with your resume).
  • Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (required upon application).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or working on Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings.
  • Skills in assessing, diagnosing, and managing speech/language/communication disorders for K-12 students.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct onsite speech and language therapy services to K-12 students at multiple district locations (no virtual work at this time).
  • Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with special education teams.
  • Support students’ communication needs to enhance educational access and achievement.
  • Deliver counseling, consultation, and training to school personnel and families as needed.
