Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: New Oxford, PA
Schedule: Full-time
Caseload: Early Childhood (ages 3–5) in daycare, preschool, and Head Start programs

SLP Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school staff.

  • Conduct screenings and evaluate student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.

  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and social success.

  • Serve as a resource for staff regarding communication strategies and accommodations.

Required Credentials / Non-Negotiables:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active SLP licensure and PA Teaching Certification

  • Professional competency as a speech-language pathologist
