Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (Contract) – New Oxford, PA
Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time contract position in New Oxford, PA. This is a school-based opportunity for professionals dedicated to helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success.
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:

Hold a valid Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist license and meet all state certification requirements
-
Comply with all local and state regulations for school-based practice
-
Have previous school-based experience (preferred)
-
Bring experience working with special education students and families (highly preferred)
-
Be proficient in conducting evaluations, providing therapy, and supporting IEP compliance
Responsibilities
Typical duties for this role include:

Conducting assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
-
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Delivering therapy services in individual and group settings
-
Collaborating with teachers and staff to incorporate communication strategies into classroom activities
-
Monitoring, documenting, and reporting student progress toward IEP objectives
-
Communicating consistently with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements
