Start Date: August 2025
End Date: June 2026 (subject to school calendar/snow days)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (schedule may vary depending on school site)
Setting: On-site/In-Person Strongly Preferred
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in New Oxford, Pennsylvania, for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language goals.

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans and accommodations.

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain by start date).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Ability to pass fingerprint clearance/background check.
