Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students onsite, individually and in groups, following district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to develop and implement speech and language intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports aligned with educational standards
- Participate in school team meetings and contribute to student success planning
- Comply with all district-mandated credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care
