Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Overview:
Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech therapy services to students in a school district based in the New Orleans area. This is a fully remote opportunity for licensed clinicians who are passionate about helping students thrive through accessible, high-quality teletherapy.
Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs with supervision) are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct virtual speech and language therapy to a K–12 caseload

Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in virtual IEP meetings

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services

Collaborate remotely with teachers, parents, and school staff

Utilize secure teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Louisiana SLP license (or ability to obtain)

ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs considered with supervision availability)

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using teletherapy platforms

Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
