ProCare Therapy is currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year in New Orleans, Louisiana. We’re placing both Clinical Fellows and licensed SLPs in public and charter schools throughout the city. Whether you’re new to school-based therapy or an experienced professional, we’ll match you with a role that fits your career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Evaluate and assess K–12 students with speech-language needs
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEPs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and develop individualized goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
-
Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
Requirements:
-
Active Louisiana SLP license (or eligibility through the Louisiana Board of Examiners for SLPs & Audiologists)
-
Louisiana Department of Education certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
-
Understanding of IDEA, IEPs, and school-based therapy
-
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
