ProCare Therapy is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support schools across New Orleans and surrounding parishes for the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you’re beginning your Clinical Fellowship (CF) or bringing years of school-based experience, we’ll help you find the perfect placement in one of the most vibrant cities in the country.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team working to assess, treat, and support students with speech and language needs — empowering them to succeed in school and beyond.

What You’ll Need to Get Started:
-
Active Louisiana SLP license (or eligibility through the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology – LBESPA)

Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and school-based practices
-
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse school settings
Responsibilities Include:

Performing speech/language evaluations for K–12 students
-
Developing and delivering individualized therapy plans
-
Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
-
Providing staff and family consultations to support student success
-
Documenting services in compliance with district and state requirements
