Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opening within a dynamic PreK–8th grade school in New Orleans, LA. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with communication needs while working alongside a collaborative school team.
Position Details:

Immediate start through May 21, 2026.

Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week.

Manage a caseload of approximately 50–60 students across PreK–8th grade.
Responsibilities:
-
Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services.
-
Complete assessments, write and implement IEPs, and monitor progress.
-
Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
-
Provide consultation and training to staff when needed.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-
Active Louisiana SLP license.
-
Louisiana Department of Education certification as a school-based provider.
-
ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred.
-
School-based experience highly desirable.
