ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed, compassionate, and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade in New Orleans, Louisiana for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to help a wide age range of students develop essential communication skills that support their academic achievement and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations
-
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy (individual and group) focusing on:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Social/pragmatic language development
Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active Louisiana SLP license (or eligibility by start date)

CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

Experience working with PreK–8 students preferred

Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
