Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: New Orleans, LA (Virtual/Hybrid Options Available)
Schedule: Full-Time, Virtual or Hybrid
Compensation: $50-$58 an Hour

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized intervention plans that foster communication skills and academic achievement.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments virtually or onsite
-
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
-
Provide therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms and/or in-person
-
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
-
Consult with teachers and families to support skill generalization
Minimum Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Active Louisiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Experience in school-based or teletherapy settings preferred
-
Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
-
Ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting
