School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – New Kent, VA
Soliant is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support a school district in New Kent, Virginia. These positions begin ASAP and extend through the end of the school year, with a strong likelihood of renewal for the following year.
Position Details:

Location: New Kent, VA

Two full-time SLP openings

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Duration: ASAP – End of School Year

Caseload: Mixed K–12

Onsite preferred; hybrid model may be considered

Strong chance of contract renewal
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to a diverse K–12 caseload
-
Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver direct and indirect therapy

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
-
Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Virginia SLP license (or eligibility)

School experience preferred but not required
