Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLPA – School-Based (Contract)
Location: New Kent, VA
Start Date: August 18, 2025 (or later)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) (with supervision) to join their team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site role working with a K–5 caseload.
Position Details:

Caseload: Kindergarten – 5th Grade

Schedule: 38–40 hours/week

School Year: 2025–2026

Teletherapy (VOCO): Not permitted – in-person only

Contract Type: W2 or 1099 (depending on agency)

Pay Range: BR-90s (Based on experience and qualifications)
Qualifications:

Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain

SLPA candidates must have supervision arranged

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills
