About the Opportunity
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed, compassionate, and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position serving students PreK through 5th grade in New Iberia, Louisiana for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is perfect for an SLP passionate about supporting early childhood and elementary learners in their communication and academic development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations
-
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct speech therapy services (individual and group) focusing on:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Social/pragmatic language development
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Louisiana SLP license (or eligibility by start date)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

Previous experience working with PreK–5 students preferred

Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
