Virtual Speech Language Pathologist i Delaware | Full Time Maternity Leave Assignment (ASAPDec 2025
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a Delaware school district to fill a full-time, remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position. This long-term maternity leave assignment runs immediately through December 21, 2025 and focuses on a caseload of approximately 35 students with severe disabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized and small-group therapy to students in grades K–12 with significant communication needs

Draft and maintain IEPs, including writing goals and present levels

Collect and track data to monitor student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
Qualifications (Delaware)
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Current Delaware SLP license and Delaware Department of Education certification (or eligibility)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
-
Previous experience with students with severe disabilities is a plus
