We are currently looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year, serving students with complex medical needs between the ages of 4 and 22. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly supportive, specialized setting with a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration and compassion.
Position Details:

Caseload: Medically complex students, ages 4–22

Schedule: Full-time or part-time availability considered

Environment: Collaborative and supportive team structure

Service Delivery: Direct therapy, evaluations, IEP development, and progress reporting
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Delaware SLP License (or eligibility by start date)

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

School or medical-based experience with complex populations is a plus

Must be available for on-site services only
