Virtual SLP K12 Communication Support Specialist (Delaware, 1099)
New Castle, DE
We are seeking a Delaware-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services to K–12 students across the state. This role supports students with a range of communication needs through assessment, direct therapy, and collaboration with school teams.
Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech/language evaluations

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Provide direct teletherapy services for articulation, fluency, language, and voice disorders

Collaborate with teachers and special educators on classroom strategies
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation
Benefits:

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
