A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in New Braunfels, TX, on a contract basis within a school setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services to pediatric and school-aged populations, ensuring measurable progress and impactful therapy outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing specific communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs
  • Monitor, assess, and document student progress accurately and regularly
  • Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and other team members to coordinate care
  • Engage families to support the therapy process and promote communication development at home

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Texas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in Texas is required
