Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders within the school environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in meetings and professional development activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working within school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students efficiently.
