This full-time, contract position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving K-12 students within a dynamic school setting located in Henderson, NV. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population in K-12 schools.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state certification and licensing requirements.
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet varying caseloads and assignment locations as designated.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology completed.
- Eligibility or active status as SLP-CF (Clinical Fellow) is acceptable; preference for candidates holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Current and active NV Department of Education Certification.
- Current and active Nevada State Speech-Language Pathology License.
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site; no hybrid or remote options available.
