Speech Language Pathologist – Full-Time – Needham, MA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a supportive school district in Needham, Massachusetts. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to help students enhance their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed in the classroom and beyond.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress

Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
-
Active Massachusetts SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
