Speech Language Pathologist
Soliant is interviewing for a school based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Nebraska, City, NE. In this role, the SLP will be providing services for school age students ranging from grades K-12. Please see job details below (more information disclosed during interview).
Position Overview:
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of our students. This position involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.
Job Description & Requirements:
- 2025-2026 school year
- Full time hours; 35 per week
- K-12th grade caseloads available
- Nebraska State SLP License required
- Masters Degree required & ASHA certification is a PLUS
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services

- Hourly rates vary: $35-55 based on experience
What You’ll Do:

Assess and Diagnose: Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders.

Personalized Therapy: Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support students with diverse speech and language challenges.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to create a supportive, inclusive learning experience.

Therapy Services: Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring every student gets the attention they need.

Progress Monitoring: Keep track of student progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

IEP Involvement: Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering your expertise to the team.

Professional Development: Share your knowledge and insights with staff to enhance the overall school environment.
