About the Role
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Milton, FL. You’ll play a key role in helping students build communication skills that drive academic success and social confidence.
Responsibilities

Provide direct speech/language therapy aligned to IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, write reports, and determine eligibility/services

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Track and document progress; complete progress reports on schedule

Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families
-
Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams
-
Offer consultative support and classroom strategies
-
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
-
Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program)
-
Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
-
CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs considered (supervision available)
-
School-based experience preferred; strong new grads welcome

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
