Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opening supporting students in PreK–8th grade in New Haven, CT. This role spans three school sites and includes collaboration with a partnering SLP. The position is available for an ASAP start through the end of the school year (EOSY). Candidates seeking part-time or hybrid arrangements will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide speech and language services to PreK–8 students
-
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related meetings
-
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per district and state guidelines
Qualifications
-
Active Connecticut SLP license (must be submitted with application)

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

School-based experience preferred, but not required
-
Ability to work effectively in a school-based environment
