School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – Louisiana
Soliant is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Louisiana. This role involves working with elementary and middle school students, providing both direct therapy services and intervention support, while also assisting with important documentation requirements.
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary and middle school students

Support students through RTI (Response to Intervention) services
-
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
-
Complete Medicaid billing documentation and maintain accurate service records
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student needs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Louisiana SLP license
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours per week

Caseload: Elementary and middle school students

Pay Range: $45+/hour
