ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a fantastic elementary school team in Antioch, TN, for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity serving a caseload of approximately 56 students with varying speech and language needs.

We strongly encourage Clinical Fellows (CFs) to apply! You’ll receive structured mentorship, ongoing supervision, and full support throughout your Clinical Fellowship Year. We understand how important this first experience is, and we’re committed to helping you succeed and grow with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will be a vital member of the student support services team, working closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to help students overcome communication challenges that impact their academic and social development.

Core responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language evaluations under supervision (as needed for CFs)

• Developing and writing IEP goals tailored to individual student needs

• Providing direct therapy to students in one-on-one and group settings

• Collaborating with teachers and school staff to integrate communication strategies into classroom instruction

• Participating in IEP meetings and student planning sessions

• Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate, timely documentation

• Learning and adhering to district, state, and federal regulations (with guided support)

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders

• Active or pending Tennessee licensure

• CFY applicants welcome (Supervision provided by ProCare Therapy)

• Strong interest in school-based work with a team-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
