ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Antioch, Tennessee. This opportunity is for the 2025–2026 academic year and offers a chance to work in a collaborative and student-focused elementary school environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, school staff, and other service providers
-
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions
-
Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
-
Support communication and language development in the classroom
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Tennessee SLP License (or ability to obtain prior to start)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
