About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Tennessee for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing evaluation, assessment, and therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders within a supportive and collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
-
Provide direct speech therapy services to students in individual and group settings

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Valid Tennessee SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
-
Experience working in school-based settings preferred
-
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Passion for working with children and supporting their communication development
