Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Background in pediatric and school-based settings highly preferred.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy planning skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload from elementary to middle school students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in K-12 settings.
- Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Engage with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation.
- Attend IEP and team meetings as needed, both virtually and on-site.
