This on-site opportunity is available for skilled Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) with active Florida Department of Health licensure, including recent Clinical Fellows (CF) under supervision. The assignment spans multiple locations, offering flexible full-time or part-time schedules to meet different professional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations as required.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals.
- Maintain compliance with state licensure and school district policies.
- Manage caseload effectively across various assigned school locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active FL DOH SLP licensure (required).
- Clinical Fellowship status accepted if supervision is arranged.
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12).
- Ability to adapt services across elementary to high school settings.
- Clear fingerprint background check or eligibility to obtain required JLA badge.
Locations include:
- Palmetto Ridge High School (3 days/week)
- Pinecrest Elementary, Immokalee (1 day/week)
- Lake Trafford, Immokalee (1 day/week)
- Highlands Elementary, Immokalee (1-5 days/week)
- Golden Terrace, Golden Gate City (2-3 days/week)
This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple schools to create a full-time equivalent workload or select part-time hours between 7 and 35 hours per week. Start immediately with an assignment through May 29, 2026.
