An opportunity is available for Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF) to provide services within K-12 schools in Cape Coral, FL. This full-time contractual position is set for the 2025-2026 school year with an immediate start and runs through June 1, 2026. Multiple school sites within the region offer varied caseloads, primarily in the East Zone area near Lehigh Acres, with some locations extending south toward Naples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to K-12 students across multiple school sites.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school district policies.
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) if applicable.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Florida teacher certification and/or licensure in speech-language pathology.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Certificate of Clinical Fellowship (CF-SLP).
- Experience working with school-age children preferred.
- Willingness to provide supervision to SLPAs is a plus.
- Ability to manage varied caseloads across multiple locations.
Location: Cape Coral, FL, with service sites throughout surrounding areas.
