Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Naples, Florida to hire a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). Local Candidates (Naples area)

Pay Range: $50 – $58 per hour

Full-time, school calendar schedule

Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Pay Range: $56 – $67 per hour

Weekly Take-Home: approximately $1,668 – $1,924

Compensation structured with a reduced taxable hourly rate plus tax-free housing and meal stipends

Travel and relocation support provided as needed

School-Based SLP Job Duties
-
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels
-
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for communication disorders
-
Write, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with educators, staff, and families
-
Track and document student progress toward therapy goals
-
Partner with teachers and administrators to promote academic and social success
-
Ensure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district policies
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFY supervision may be available
-
Knowledge of IEP procedures and compliance standards
-
Ability to complete district background checks and onboarding
