Compensation Packages

Local Candidates: $50–$58 per hour

Travel Candidates: Weekly take-home $1,668–$1,924 (equivalent to $56–$67/hr). Travel roles combine a lower taxable hourly base with tax-free stipends for housing and meals.

Duties

Evaluate and treat students with speech and language needs

Write and implement IEP goals

Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state standards

Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications

Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
-
CCC-SLP or CFY with supervision accepted
-
Must meet all requirements for school-based employment
